KION TV is looking for a dependable, professional Business Manager/HR Coordinator. This position requires a team player with exceptional oral and written skills, along with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job Description:

The Business Manager/HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the financial and human resources functions of this multi station operation.  Business Manager duties include: Accurate and proper accounting of all transactions, prepare financial reports as requested, manage cash, prepare budgets, and monthly preparation of financial statements.  HR Duties:  Payroll, employee orientations and benefit coordination, posting and EEO tracking of all open positions, compliance with all Federal and State regulations, liaison between Corporate HR staff and local staff, and various other duties.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in Management or Business Administration and Human Resources experience with knowledge of state law. The successful candidate will have accounting and supervisory experience.  You must have working knowledge of computers, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Office products.  Solid written and verbal communications skills, as well as being detail-oriented and very organized is a must.  Successful candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
