Energy drinks cause eight times as much damage to your teeth enamel than soda does, leaving them looking yellow and generally unhealthy.
Fried foods also contribute to collagen breakdown in the skin, making it wrinkled and worn out.
Artificial sweeteners such as aspartame have been associated with headaches and joint pain. They also can make you crave sweets.
