SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -

Wells Fargo Bank on Anacapa and Figueroa streets is closed for the rest of the day after a bomb scare.

Santa Barbara police evacuated the bank in the the downtown area just before 9 a.m. on Friday.

The police station received a bomb threat to the bank over the phone and alerted employees shortly after.

Officers completed a building search within an hour and did not find anything suspicious.

Employees were able to return to work but some expressed concerns of still being unsafe.
