Four Gang Members Charged with Armed Robbery

ARROYO GRANDE, Calif. -

Police arrested four men this week who allegedly assaulted and robbed a pedestrian at knife point.

The crime happened last month on the 600 block of S. Elm Street in Arroyo Grande. The four people who were arrested were 19-year-old Richard Ceja, Matthew Hurtado, 19, Luis Ramirez, 21, and 19-year-old Reyes Salto. According to the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Gang Task Force, all four suspects are known gang members.

All four suspects have been charged with armed robbery, criminal conspiracy, and promoting a criminal street gang. They were booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail.
