ARROYO GRANDE, Calif. -

Nearly one week after a hold-up at the Bank of America branch in Arroyo Grande, police released a surveillance video image of the suspect in hopes that someone will recognize him.

The heist happened about 6 PM last Thursday when an older white man walked into the bank, indicated he had a gun and ordered a teller to hand over cash.

The teller gave the man money but never saw a weapon.

Witnesses say the suspect was last seen running towards Wesley Street and leaving the area is in dark colored sedan.

The San Luis Obispo County Crime Stoppers has issued a $1,000.00 reward for leads assisting in apprehending the suspect.

If you think you recognize this man, you're urged to contact the Arroyo Grande Police Department at (805) 473-5100 or you can submit a confidential tip to Crime Stoppers at (805) 781-4502.
