they talk about ICE and Injunction

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -

May Day coincides with International Workers' Day.

The day led to demonstrations around the world.

About a 100 people took to the streets in Santa Barbara after a rally in De La Guerra Plaza.

They marched down State Street without a permit.

Many carried signs and chanted against Santa Barbara's Gang Injunction.

A lawsuit filed against the gang injunction will be heard in civil court next week.

Demonstrators also voiced concerns about a new Immigration and Customers Enforcement Center being built in Santa Maria.

Social justice groups including PODER believe it will lead to more deportation and raids that will hurt undocumented workers.

People along State Street may not have agreed with all their opinions, but they looked and listened as the march went by.
