Multiple Sclerosis Society Walk Expected to Draw a Large Crowd to Waterfront

HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WILL PUT THEIR BEST FOOT FORWARD SATURDAY FOR THE ANNUAL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS WALK.... AND THERE'S ROOM FOR YOU.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -

The annual Multiple Sclerosis Society walk will take place Saturday along the waterfront in Santa Barbara.  It begins at Leadbetter Beach.

About 500 people are battling MS in Santa Barbara.

The event draws individuals, families and teams. 

Thousands of dollars have been pledged.

There are both short and long walks for those participating.  It ends with music, food and sponsor gifts.

Funds raised will help with education, support groups, and special programs for those battling the life threatening disease.
