Santa Maria Police Search for Shooting Suspects

SANTA MARIA, Calif. -

Santa Maria Police need the public's help in finding suspects involved in a shooting.

It happened at about 10:30pm Wednesday night along the 1000 block of East Chapel Street near Armstrong Park.

Police say when they responded to a 911 call for help they found a 29 year old man with gunshot wounds near his vehicle in the street.

The unidentified man was taken to Marian Regional Medical Center where he is expected to recover.

So far no arrests have been made.
