PORT HUENEME, Calif. -

A search is underway for a missing woman in Port Hueneme.

Judith Torres was last seen at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 220 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair.  She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, gray pants, and pink shoes.

Torres family says she is bipolar, subject to having seizures and is unable to communicate.

Torres was last seen at her home on the 2600 block of Sextant Avenue in Port Hueneme.  Police canines tracked her scent to Greencastle Way and Hemlock Street in the Channel Islands.  A dive team was even called in and searched the area for hours on Tuesday.

Anyone with information on Torres' whereabouts should call police.
