Search for Wrecked Plane Comes Up Empty on Sixth Straight Day

Members of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff Dive Team were out for the sixth straight day trying to locate a plane that crashed off the coast of Oceano last Tuesday. 3 boats were checking out various spots on the ocean floor today that were potential targets, but nothing has come up as of yet.

OCEANO, Calif. -

Members of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff Dive Team were out for the sixth straight day trying to locate a plane that crashed off the coast of Oceano last Tuesday. 3 boats were checking out various spots on the ocean floor today that were potential targets, but nothing has come up as of yet.

The pilot was identified as 63-year-old David Brian Casey of Friday Harbor, Washington. There was another passenger aboard who has not been identified. Both bodies have not been recovered.
