Teen Faces Manslaughter & Drug Charges

An 18-year-old is facing manslaughter and drug charges in the death of a woman struck and killed in a Goleta crosswalk while pushing a stroller.

GOLETA, Calif. -

An 18-year-old is facing manslaughter and drug charges in the death of a woman struck and killed in a Goleta crosswalk while pushing a stroller.

The deadly crash happened November 2013 at Cathedral Oaks Road and Santa Marguerita Drive.

Kincaid Siega Orosco has been charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter and two felony counts related to the transportation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale, according to the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's office.

Orosco is set to be arraigned on March 7, 2014.
