Two bodies found in vehicle in Oxnard ruled homicide

The bodies of a man and a woman were found inside a vehicle Saturday morning in Oxnard and police are calling it a homicide.

OXNARD, Calif. -

The bodies of a man and a woman were found inside a vehicle Saturday morning in Oxnard and police are calling it a homicide.

Oxnard Police found the two people shot to death inside the vehicle on the 600 block of South D Street around 7:35 a.m.

Witnesses reported hearing gunshots overnight.

Homicide detectives are investigating and trying to find additional witnesses.

The City of Oxnard is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects.

The victims' names are being withheld until next of kin are notified.
