Nordhoff pulled away from the Warriors to win 55-39.

CARPINTERIA, Calif. -

Nordhoff tightened up the defense as they held the Warriors to just 12 second half points to win 55-39 in a battle for first place in the Frontier League. Nordhoff is now 5-0 in league while Carpinteria slips to 4-1.

The Warriors trailed by just four points at the half. They will play the rest of the season without star guard Bryson Frazer who tore his ACL last week at Santa Paula.

Nordhoff was led by Luke Williams' 22 points while Carp got 15 points from Rashaun Moore.
