The 5-0 Cardinals will host rival and the 6-0 Carpinteria Warriors in the Tri-Valley League opener for both teams.

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -

Bishop Diego will look to extend their Little Big Game winning streak to three games over rival Carpinteria in the Tri-Valley League opener for both teams.

The Cardinals are not only 5-0 but are ranked No.1 in the latest CIF Northwest Division. However Carp is 6-0 and ranked fourth in the same division.

The key to the game maybe Bishop Diego's incredible defense. They already have three shutouts this year and they have given up a total of 19 points on the season. The Warriors will test them as they have not scored fewer than 38 points in a game this season.

Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. Saturday night from Santa Barbara City College.
