Bryant Honored by USC

Former Trojans track and field star is honored with Heritage Award.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -

He was a two-time NCAA National Champion in the shot put for the Trojans and last weekend Noah Bryant was honored at USC with the Track and Field Heritage Award which is its Hall of Fame.

Legends such as Payton Jordan, Louis Zamperini, Dean Cromwell, Jack Davis, Dallas Long, Parry O'brien, and Mel Patton have all been honored with the Heritage Award.

Bryant was the California state champion in the shot at Carpinteria High School in 2002.

He is currently coaching track and field at powerhouse Texas A&M.
