DP Offense Stuck in SLO Lane Against Tigers

The Chargers could not block San Luis Obispo as the Tigers had eight sacks in a 17-0 road victory in Goleta.

GOLETA, Calif. -

Dos Pueblos quarterback Lashon Bell was sacked six times and Nate Greenelsh returned an interception for a 63-yard touchdown as San Luis Obispo won 17-0 to spoil the Chargers home opener.

Chargers back-up quarterback Barrett Burnes came in late in the fourth quarter and he was sacked two times as well.

Sawyer Scott had a 5-yd touchdown run for the Tigers who scored all of their points before halftime as they improved to 2-0 on the year. DP fell to 0-2.
