Former Detroit Lions wide receiver Titus Young was arrested twice in 15 hours on Sunday in southern California.

According to a Moreno Valley Police Department report, Young arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after he made an illegal left turn in front of a patrol vehicle at 12:01 a.m. Sunday. Young was booked into jail and received a citation before he was released.

That afternoon, Young was spotted jumping a fence at a tow company where his Ford Mustang was impounded and arrested for burglary when police determined he was trying to retrieve his car. He again was booked into jail.

Young, a second-round draft pick from Boise State in 2011, ran into trouble numerous times last season with the Lions and was released on Feb. 4. He punched a teammate last spring, then lined up in the wrong spots during a game on Nov. 18 and was sent home. He ended the season on injured reserve with a knee problem.

Two weeks before he was released, he tweeted that unless the ball was thrown to him more he didn't want to play any longer.

The St. Louis Rams claimed Young off waivers but soon let him go. The 23-year-old Young is currently without a team.
